Kong!

Izzy loves the peanut butter kong stuffing that we put into her kong! My husband started this tradition to distract her when we left her to go to work. This way, she's distracted and we don't have to hear our little baby cry when we leave her behind.

Izzy has quickly caught on that she gets kong when we leave. So much so that while we finish getting ready (and I'm talking at least five minutes before we leave when we're still in the bathroom getting ready), she disappears. At first, we'd panic thinking that she had snuck off to do something she knows she not allowed to do (and by something I mean something that you do not want to have clean up when you just finished getting ready for work). But after desperately searching for her, we'd find her in crate - sticking her little head out as if to say, "Here I am! I'm ready for my kong!"

It's so cute!

When we try to get her to come out, to say, take her out one more time, she refuses to come out! It's as if she is worried that if she comes up she'll miss out on the kong distribution!

No worries, Izzy! We could never forget about you, or your kong!
