When we walk in the door late at night after a long day's/night's work, Izzy and Jaeger are SOOOO excited! Izzy walks on her hind legs to greet us and Jaeger practically does flips flops - jumping all over the couch and on us... Poor things, they make us feel like they've just been waiting for us at the door since the moment we left. I can't tell you how much guilt we feel about leaving these poor puppies home alone all day long (other than visits twice a day from the dog walker).
Luckily, thanks to my husband, we have a web cam to check in on them throughout the day. However, it appears that while we are slaving away at work, Izzy and Jaeger lounge around all day. And I mean ALL DAY (except when they covertly chew up shoes off camera). Clearly, they don't have it as "ruff" as they like to pretend!
It really is a dog's life!
