Izzy and Jaeger welcomed home two baby brothers this fall. They had been anxiously awaiting them since last January but Mommy had been scared that something would happen so they all kept it a secret. Indeed, it was a bumpy ride and Mommy had to stay in bed from May-August, which was soooo not fun for Jaeger. Izzy was cool with it though :)
Here's Izzy reaction to twin number 1 (her little "brothey") coming home from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (looking so tiny, as he was born 5 weeks premature):
My apologies for my inability to take a good video clip or to edit it well (it was so much easier on my old PC than on the MacBook).
Anyway, it took Jaeger a day or so to realize that these were the brothers we had told him about. Thank goodness because he thought they were alien monsters who had snuck into the house. Until he finally realized they were his brothers, he would bark at them, especially if they made any noises, to let us know about these mysterious beings.

Now Mommy just needs to figure out how to change the blog layout...
