Last week (Jaeger's first week with us), Jaeger peed on me. To be honest, I didn't get that upset. I was taking him out after a long and otherwise uninterrupted night. He went straight from the crate into my arms while we headed outside. While turning off the alarm, I noticed a few drops. Hmmm... Where did those come from, I wondered. Then I felt dampness, looked at Jaeger's private part, which was wet, and realized he had peed on me.
I have never had a dog pee on me. I continued to take him outside and watched him pee - a lot. I figured he must have just really had to go and couldn't hold it and accidently wet a little on me.
However, this "accident" happened again later in the day - this time when the dog walker picked him up to take him outside.
A week later, Jaeger (now 11 weeks old) peed on my husband when he took him out in the middle of the night (it had been 2-3 hours since his last potty break). And lo and behold, later that same day, Jaeger peed on the same dog walker as last time (who was less okay with it than the last time).
I can only hope that he just really had to go these four times and either couldn't hold it or that the pressure on his bladder from being held/carried created these "accidents" because neither my husband, nor I, nor the dog walker want to be peed on again.
